This past Friday, November 13, was a very special night for our Virtual Alpha guests and team. The retreat for our second Virtual Alpha was held, and by all accounts, it was spiritually rewarding for everyone. First-time team member Barb Katona, who has run in-person Alpha with her husband Ed for years, said:  “I think it might even be better than in person Alpha!!!!! Minus the hugs.” Christa Cottone, co-host of the youth breakout room exclaimed,  “Thank you for that!!! That was awesome.” And our guests were just as pleased. Natalia, who joined us from Argentina, and who was the first person who registered for this offering, said:  “You all made me feel so much love!”

As Christi Sauter, my co-ministry lead noted, “The Holy Spirit touched us all.” And indeed, the Holy Spirit was there with us all evening, as love, joy and gratitude were shared across Zoom breakout rooms.
