Dear Parish Family,
The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is pleased to announce the completion of the Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Parish Strategic Plan. Over the past year, the Council has worked diligently to finalize this plan, drawing on insights offered at last January’s Strategic Planning Workshop. At that workshop, more than sixty ministry leaders shared their goals for the parish.
Following the workshop, the PPC grouped and refined the goals, identifying which should be addressed in the first year and which should be addressed in the future.

The PPC will support parishioners and staff in carrying out the year‑one goals. Any parishioner who feels called to work on any part of the plan is encouraged to do so. They are warmly invited to contact Chair Dan Balogh ([email protected]) or Vice Chair Jen Qvotrup ([email protected]) to discuss ideas and involvement. Together, parishioners and the PPC can discern the actions and steps needed to make the plan a reality.
