The Holy Spirit has worked strongly through me since late 2019, inspiring in me many ideas, and allowing me to work with many amazing people across several wonderful ministries. Having a genuine interest in others, over the past two years, I have also broken bread 1:1 with nearly 70 parishioners in what I call "discipleship lunches", listening to what's on their minds, including their thoughts about NDMC, which has allowed me to gauge the parish pulse. God has allowed me, through his grace, to be an energetic self-starter, open to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, who enjoys diving deeply into projects.
