On Saturday, February 28, 2026, nearly 90 servants of our Lord -- ministry leaders, core team members, and ministry members gathered in our Parish Hall for a Leadership Summit, intended to Inspire, Equip, and Celebrate leadership in our faith community.

The Leadership Summit, themed "A Clear Path," was hosted by representatives of our Parish Leadership Team and Parish Pastoral Council.  The content shared was driven by and fully aligned with the Strategic Plan for Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church.

For those unable to attend the summit or who wish to revisit key content, we provide the context and foundational concepts below, as well as the short-term next steps for our parish leaders, ministries and faith community.
