"Thank you for inviting us to the soul-inspiring Worship Night program at Notre Dame. My wife and I were happy we came. Every element of this soul-uplifting event touched us physically and spiritually. However, it was how your team blended the individual elements into one bowl of spiritually nourishing 'soup' which made the difference.
The greeting and introduction talk, the carefully selected music with their inspiring lyrics, made things so fresh. It was not only the content of the testimony, but how it was said, the tone of the voice, the music before and after, the ambiance of the room… all worked together to make it a very special night for us. So was the spirit-filled reverence during the adoration. The singing of the time-honored adoration hymns blended so beautifully with the contemporary songs that followed. The brotherly and sisterly atmosphere that burst out after the benediction crowned the Worship Night in an amazing way for us.
I know it took a lot of planning, effort, and, above all, the unflinching guidance of the Holy Spirit to pull this special Worship Night program to this high standard. God richly bless and strengthen you all for this uplifting event."
"I attended the “Praise and Worship Night” at Notre Dame at the invitation of my friend, Deacon Eric. I had many thoughts about what to expect of the evening prior to arriving, but it was the feelings I experienced that night that I took away with me and it was those feelings that left an indelible impression upon my heart. I enjoyed the warm greeting by Fr. Vidal. I also appreciated the contributions by lay people as it clearly demonstrated how a faith community can transform the lives of church members and make them instruments for God’s glory.
There were so many aspects of that night to highlight, so let me begin with the music which created a spiritual atmosphere so harmonizing that I felt connected to everyone present. The songs were perfectly chosen for the worship service. It felt on some level like we were all on a pilgrimage, walking Jesus’ journey together. But ultimately, what was the most impactful for me was when Deacon Eric knelt, prayed, and meditated with the congregation, and we recited the most powerful healing words together. My catholic mother always said, “Prayer does change things.” I felt the effects of praying together that night!

"After participating in the National Eucharistic Congress, we were so excited to once again re-live that amazing experience in a smaller, more intimate setting. Ever since returning
from Indianapolis, we have experienced an increased devotion to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament during adoration. Attending this event allowed us to praise and worship Jesus through the
uplifting music beautifully performed by the Notre Dame music ministry. The heartfelt witness talk was inspiring and passionate and a true testimony of Jesus’ abiding presence in the Eucharist, even when we feel unworthy. The power of the Holy Spirit was truly present and could especially be felt during Deacon Eric’s healing meditation. We left feeling renewed in our faith and strengthened in our call to proclaim the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist."

"Jesus met each of us, authentically, that night. It was beautiful to be surrounded by so many people worshipping our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. The whole night was filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit. The music, the powerful witness talk, and Adoration. It felt as if we were being blessed with the experience of the Eucharistic Congress that took place this past summer. A very profound moment was the guided meditation of healing. We walked away with a sense of peace and a new zeal for the Eucharist. Now, we are each called not to hide our experiences but to go out and share them with the world. We are the living tabernacles, the walking monstrances, that the world so desperately needs to see. May each of us who gathered together for prayer live our lives as a reflection of this deep encounter with the Risen Lord. Thank you, and may God bless you."

"In our own ways, we all thirst for God in our lives. We thirst for His healing, His guidance, His wisdom, His strength and purpose.
This worship and adoration event was a mountaintop experience, where our loving God met us each exactly where we are in our journey and met our deepest needs to quench our thirsty souls."

"Shortly after returning from the Eucharistic Congress, Cristina Folan and I had a conversation about hosting another night of praise and worship at NDMC. Last Thursday was the culmination of the hard work and love of over 20 committed Catholics. It was a wonderful blend of music, witness, healing, and adoration of our Lord!
As a deacon, know that I was deeply humbled to participate in such a truly reverent experience. I am grateful for the support of Fr. Vidal, his belief in our laity, and his unwavering trust in our dedicated staff.
Our evening also was a beautiful example of how our parish serves as a hub for the broader Catholic community. Numerous parishes were represented at the event and many individuals asked, “When will you be doing this again?!” My prayer is that all our members recognize the gifts of our parish and willingly support our mission to be of service to our Lord and those in need. Peace and blessings."
